Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream!

This is seriously the easiest ice cream ever! It really does taste like ice-cream. The best part of the "pie" is that you don't have to add the scoop of vanilla ice cream to go along with it. We have been eating lots of bananas lately in ice cream and smoothies. We HAD about 15 bags (about 15-20 bananas in each) of frozen bananas in the fridge. I think we officially have 9 or so left. YUP, we have officially noshed our way through 6 bags in about a month. That means we have eaten about 135 bananas in one month.

The stuff in the little blue container is frozen pumpkin (canned)
Just thaw your bananas for about 2-3 minutes and it makes it all creamier.

Ta-duh. Now you can enjoy with a bit more cookies. (or real pumpkin pie)

Ingredients:
5 frozen bananas
1 cup of  canned pumpkin (frozen)
4 whole sheets of graham crackers
1/2 cup of soy milk
1 tbs of vanilla extract

Directions: chop up the banana and blend with the milk and pumpkin
Add vanilla and 2 of the cookies
When finished add the hand-crumbled (2 sheets) of cookies
Hand stir and serve immediately or freeze
