Barley Oatmeal

No, this isn't a meal made specifically for Barney and friends.
I know its the same color but its my newest creation.
Fruity Barley oatmeal.
I just took some leftover cooked barley, and recooked it in soy-milk, added cinnamon and then added any fruit and nut I craved.
It looked like a huge mess
But after a spoonful
and another
and one more

It tasted really good. And somehow it disappeared from my bowl.

It contains so much fiver and selenium. It adds a much needed boost to any persons diet. So I encourage anyone to switch their morning oatmeal every now and then to barley and feel the different more chewy texture.
