Mock Sumi Salad

Don't I look somewhat professional?
And you know what professionals eat?
Good food!

And apparently, they use a shovel to get it into their mouths.

They also let the sauce marinate on the salad to give it an extra kick

And combine weird combinations of food to make it seem appetizing...beans, couscous, sushi and salad? What kind of a combo is that?

But I ate it and it was yummy.

Ingredients:
3 cups of cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (grated)
1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 celery (chopped)
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 handful of cilantro (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
1/4 cup of either sesame seeds, sunflower, or sliced almonds

sauce:
3 tsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of pepper
dash of salt
1 tbs olive oil
3 tbs vinegar
2 tbs of soy sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients and then poor over the salad
Mix very well and store in the refridgerator for about 2 hours before serving
