Mashed Sweet Potato

This can make a super yummy side dish. Its sweet and actually desert like and healthy nonetheless.  I ate a lot of these mashed potatoes when I had my wisdom teeth removed and it actually made me feel like I was eating some sort of pie. 
I have yet to try it with a white or purple sweet potater....but I will test it soon. 
For this recipe all you need is:
1-2 potatoes (if you bake them in foil, the starches break down and create a more intense flavor)
1/4-1/3 cup of nondairy milk (if you use coconut milk it taste more tropical, almond milk makes it more nutty)
optional: cinnamon, salt, margarine 

I love how simple it is, all you do is mash them all together and dust the freak out of them with cinnamon!
