Saturday Quicky

Today was a 10 mile run. I am actually excited because we are going to go watch planes.


Is it sad that I like kid's movies more than adult movies? I have always found them more entertaining and less, hmmm, dumb? Perhaps that's the word I was looking for. 

I was also looking online and wondering what everyone drinks for a recovery beverage....I personally freeze coconut water and place them in the fridge and eat these "pops" throughout the day. 
Frozen chocolate Zico water is soo yummy and refreshing 

So I went ahead and made a list by list comparison of a few beverages so everyone can choose their drink on what is right for them....

It does look like pure milk would be the winner in this case.....but not for me...
