Purple Sweet Potato Burgers


I love making homemade veggie burgers because I simply throw everything in the food processor and hope they taste great at the end. Its also a sneaky way to eat more veggies and grains. 
Ingredients:
1/2 a bell pepper
1/2 a small purple onion
1/4 (dry) lentils
1 celery stick
1 cup of oats
1 purple sweet potato (mashed)
2 tbs of flax meal
2 tbs of wheat bran
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of cumin
sprinkle of parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
Simply blend everything in the food processor and then place them on a nonstick baking sheet and cook for about 20-25 minutes each side.
