Grape salad



Sometimes, I can get artsy with my food.  And sometimes I have lots of ingredients that are going to go bad so I just throw them all in a salad and call it dinner. That’s why I love salads because you can take any vegetable and mix it up with lettuce and something juicy and it taste awesome. Or sometimes it’s the dressing that makes the salad. Anyway, here it goes.

In the mix:
Romaine and red leaf lettuce
Cilantro
Grapes (sliced in half)
Cucumber, beets, jicama, and carrots (all spiralized)
Tomatoes (chopped)

Directions: try to make it look pretty and not eating ALL of the grapes before they make their way to the salad.

I just used Italian dressing and it tasted awesome!
