Yes, we can’t have oatmeal and cereals every day for
breakfast, now can we? Nope, but we can still indulge a little while still
making it pretty healthy.
½ C Unsweetened applesauce
½ a very ripe banana
1/3 c of oats
2 tbsp. of flour
1 tbsp. of wheat germ
1 tbsp. flax seed
1 (or more) tbsp. of agave syrup
About ½ c of milk
½ tsp. of vanilla extract and baking powder
Blend everything in the blender (except the oats if you
want a “crunchy” texture)
Cook like regular pancakes (duh!)
Top with apples and a bit of maple syrup. Nom nom
