Last week's workouts +BANANAS


 40 pounds of bananas may be a lot to the average person. But I guess I am not average, we bought this over the weekend, froze most of them and now we are set for a month or two for smoothie making.
 I think we are slowly turning into beach bums....and my sister is trying to sneak into the picture
 What nice waves we see here......It extremely hot in Cali right now and its slowly driving me insane...er
 We went to the Veggie grill on Saturday and I ordered the bean chili and the Baja salad....The salad was super yummy. The chili was good but it was missing something or had a little too many spices for my taste, yes I know, I'm sooo plain.
 My friend ordered the sweet potatoes and the VG Burger
 Pancakes. I'm slowly experimenting with different sauces

Smoothie...just because its good for you. 



Workouts week of 7/29/13

Monday
5 miles, average pace of 9:13
30 minutes of cardio (squats, lunges, jumping jacks) + warm up (10 minutes)
2 minute plank, 2-30 second planks
Tuesday
4.50 miles, average pace of 9:05
2.05 minute plank, 1.03 minute plank
30 minutes of stretching
Hiking 4.5 miles
Wednesday
30 minutes of cardio (squats, lunges, jumping jacks) + warm up (10 minutes)
1 hour 5 min of swimming
Walking for 1.8 miles
Thursday
5 miles, average pace of 8:59 (super-hot)
30 minutes of stretching
2  minute plank, 1 minute plank X 2
15 minutes of random “strength training” with my 5lb weights
Walking for 2 miles
Friday
1 mile run in 8:10
Swimming for 1 hr 5 min
30 minutes of cardio (squats, lunges, jumping jacks) + warm up (10 minutes)
Walking for 2 miles
Saturday
10 mile run at 9:30 pace
Sunday
Nada
