Breakfast after a run is the best thing ever! Especially when you have 9 miles to decide what it is you want to eat!
9 miles, slow pace of 10:23, the point is that I ran. Something tons of people don't do on the weekend.
BTW, I got a "massage" on Thursday to help my hip, the chiropractor said that my hips were misaligned and that's what was causing soo much pain.
